  • Visionary Li-Polymer-battery technology for autonomous transport allows working without external sources of energy (electric current, hydraulic, air etc.).
  •  Clear driveway for increased safety (no hydraulic or pneumatic hoses or power cords are eventually blocking the driveaway).
  • ROBOT modules are attaches to the GKS-PERFEKT steerable trolley 'L20' (standard type) in front, the rear unit the transport trolley 'F20' (standard type) is used independently.
  • For use with a new GKS-PERFEKT steerable trolley 'L20' or can be retrofitted to existing 'L20' transport trolleys.
  • No need for any towing device.
  • Low height of less than 180 mm.
  • Max. load capacity is 40 t.

The drive concept of the GKS-PERFEKT ROBOT 40 - Designed to suit the way you work

  • The newly designed Remote-Operated Battery-Operated Transport modules are laterally attached to new or already existing standard steerable trolleys L20 (in use with F20)
  • A DC-motor (24V/1,5 kW) per module propels the special drive wheel via battery gear. Preloaded springs secure the necessary contact pressure on the floor.
  • The actuation of the DC-motor is generated by integrated Li-Polymer battery packs.
  • The hand-held remote control allows the operation with two different speeds and is equipped with proportional speed control.

Advantages of the GKS-PERFEKT ROBOT 40 in the field

  • Independent from external sources of power. No power cords, hydraulic or compressed air hoses necessary.
  • The carrying of the load (by the steerable trolley 'L20') is separated from the propulsion (by the ROBOT 40).
  • Simultaneous steering and driving.
  • Secure positioning of the transport module from the distance by the remote control.
  • No hoses or cable in the driveway.
  • Lateral attachment of the transport modules on the steerable trolley 'L20'.
  • The load capacity limit is 40 t (with 'L20+F20').
  • Very low loading height of 180 mm.
